Lycoming County Master Gardener’s Monthly Garden Walk and Talk will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.at the Lysock View Complex. The Complex is located at 542 County Farm Road, Montoursville.

Second Saturdays at Sonnewald. Sonnewald Natural Foods, 4796 Lehman Rd., Spring Grove. Second Saturday Market runs 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. The store itself remains open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Crystal Love Workshop will be held at West End Yoga on Saturday, 9 September from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. West End Yoga is located at 221 West Walnut Street, Lancaster. Registration is required and can be done online at: http://westendyogastudio.com/special-events/.

Sunday, 10 September

The Lancaster East Side Market is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Musser Park, 135 N Lime Street, Lancaster. This weekly event combines a farm market, fresh flowers and plants, artisans, and food with live music. The live music this week will feature Dillweed.

Wednesday, 13 September

Learn about Greens and Grass at The Rosemary House on Wednesday, 13 September. Greens and Grass can help with arthritis, diabetes, cancer, and other health concerns. The session, led by wellness coach Natalie Westling, will run 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. There is a $20 charge. The Rosemary House and Garden is located at 120 South Market Street, Mechanicsburg. The Lancaster East Side Market is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Musser Park, 135 N Lime Street, Lancaster. This weekly event combines a farm market, fresh flowers and plants, artisans, and food with live music. This week is Kids Day.

Thursday, 21 September

The Lancaster Community Reiki Clinic is held the third Thursday of each month. This month it will be on Thursday, 21 September. The Clinic offers a half hour of Reiki, with sessions scheduled from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Sessions are held at the Farm & Home Center, 1383 Arcadia Road, Lancaster. Central PA Holistic Networking Group meets the last Wednesday of each month at Legg Up Farm, 3100 N George St., York. Meetings generally run 9 a.m. – 11 a.m.

Saturday, 30 September

7th Annual Mid Atlantic Women’s Herbal Conference will be held in Kempton. The theme this year will be “Plant Allies.” Rosemary Gladstar will be the keynote speaker.
